Place one strip on your tongue and let it dissolve. It usually takes around 10–20 seconds, depending on how dry your mouth is. No water, no swallowing, nothing to carry — you can take it at your desk, in the car, mid-workout, or in bed.

Each pack contains 30 strips. At one strip per day that's a full month's supply.

Most of our strips come to around $1 a day — and a little less on subscription.

Our strips are produced by specialist manufacturing partners in several countries, including the United States and India, each selected for their experience in oral thin-film production. For details about a specific product, email support@fyxdaily.com and we'll tell you exactly where it was made.

Please speak to your doctor or pharmacist before taking any supplement if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, managing a health condition, or taking prescription medication. Our products are intended for healthy adults over 18.

The strips are individually sealed and stable at normal shipping temperatures. If anything arrives damaged, email support@fyxdaily.com and we'll replace it or refund you.

Orders over US$75 ship free within the United States. Below that, US shipping is calculated by weight and starts at $4.50 — most single-pack orders fall in that bracket.

International shipping is charged by parcel weight and starts at $19 to Canada, $20 to the UK and most of Europe, and $25 to Australia, New Zealand and the rest of the EU. Free shipping over $75 applies to US addresses only. Full details in our Shipping Policy.

Orders leave our fulfilment centre within 1–5 business days. After that, delivery takes 2–4 business days within the US and 3–5 business days internationally.

During busy periods there can be delays — we're a small team and we'd rather be honest than over-promise.

Yes — we ship to 37 countries across North America, the UK, the European Union, Australia and New Zealand.

International orders may attract import duties or taxes charged by your country. These aren't included in your checkout total and are the recipient's responsibility.

Yes. You'll get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

We offer a 30-day return policy. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, email support@fyxdaily.com and we'll replace it or refund you in full — no need to return a damaged item.

Email support@fyxdaily.com as soon as possible. We can cancel any order that hasn't been picked for shipping. Once you have a tracking number it's on its way and can't be cancelled — but you can still return it under our 30-day policy.

Email support@fyxdaily.com with your order number, and a photo if it's a damage issue. We reply within 1–2 business days and we'll make it right.

Pause, skip a delivery, change the frequency, swap products or cancel at any time from your account. We'll email you the management link with your first order. Or just email support@fyxdaily.com and we'll do it for you.

Cancel any time. No fee, no minimum commitment.

Cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. If you cancel after an order has been charged, that order still ships and the cancellation applies from the following month.
