The strips are individually sealed and stable at normal shipping temperatures. If anything arrives damaged, email support@fyxdaily.com and we'll replace it or refund you.

We currently ship to the continental United States only. If you're outside the US, join our list on the homepage and we'll email you when we open in your country.

Standard shipping is free on orders over US$75, and express shipping is free on orders over US$90. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and the speed you choose. You'll always see the exact cost before you pay. Full details in our Shipping Policy.

Orders leave our fulfilment centre within 1–5 business days. After that, standard delivery takes 2–4 business days and express 1–3 business days.

During busy periods there can be delays — we're a small team and we'd rather be honest than over-promise.

Yes. You'll get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

We offer a 30-day money-back promise. If you're not happy with your first order of any product, email support@fyxdaily.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you in full — no need to send anything back. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, send us a photo and we'll replace it or refund you.
