Subscription terms

What you're signing up for. A FYX subscription delivers your chosen product once a month and takes 15% off every order, for as long as the subscription runs. Your first payment is taken when you place the order.

How billing works. We charge the card you used at checkout, automatically, once a month on the anniversary of your first order. The 15% discount applies to every charge, not just the first. 

Cancel whenever you like. There's no minimum term, no cancellation fee, and no phone call to sit through. Cancel from your account page, or email us at support@fyxdaily.com  and we'll do it for you. Cancel any time before your next billing date and you won't be charged again.

Pausing and changing. You can skip a delivery, change the product, or update your card from the same place you'd cancel.

If the price changes. We'll tell you by email at least 14 days before any price change takes effect, so you can decide whether to stay.

Refunds. Subscription orders are covered by our standard refund policy. If a renewal catches you out, email us — we'll sort it.

Where we ship. Subscriptions are available within the United States only.
